Working with us
What does Level Up Media Group do?
Level Up Media Group is a digital marketing agency for public companies. We plan and run awareness campaigns across SMS, email newsletters, influencers, paid ads, video, and social media, and report the results weekly.
How do we get started?
Email contact@levelupm.com or use the contact form with your company name, ticker, and goals. We'll review your recent news and set up a strategy call.
How is pricing set?
Pricing depends on the channels, the size of the audience, and the length of the campaign. Every proposal lists deliverables and fees in writing, and paid media budgets are shown separately from our fees.
Who approves content that speaks for our company?
You do. We agree on an approval process at the start, and anything that speaks for the company goes to your team before it's published.
How do you report results?
Weekly reports show what ran, where, and what it produced: reach, clicks, sign-ups, engagement, and cost per result, by channel.
Channels
Which channels do you use?
SMS text campaigns, sponsored placements in financial newsletters, finance creators and influencers, programmatic, native, search, and social ads, video and written content, and official social channels. Most campaigns combine several.
Is SMS marketing allowed for public companies?
Yes, when it's done with consent. Federal rules under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and carrier policies require clear opt-in consent for marketing texts, identification of the sender, and working opt-out handling, and some states add rules of their own. Paid messages about a stock must also disclose the compensation.
What is a sponsored newsletter placement?
It's a paid feature about your company inside an email newsletter, either as a slot in a regular edition or as a dedicated email to the newsletter's subscribers. It's labeled as sponsored, and paid content about a stock discloses the compensation.
How do you choose creators?
We look at who actually follows them, how real their engagement is, what they've published before, and whether their audience fits your company. Follower count alone doesn't decide it.
Can public companies advertise their stock online?
Often, yes, within limits. Ad platforms have their own policies for financial products and services, and some restrict or require approval for content about securities. Policies differ by platform and change often, so we check each one before a campaign launches.
Disclosure and consent
Are paid awareness campaigns legal?
Yes, when the content is truthful and the payment is disclosed. Section 17(b) of the Securities Act of 1933 requires anyone paid to publicize a security to disclose that payment and its amount. Every paid placement we run includes that disclosure.
Do influencers have to disclose they're paid?
Yes. The FTC's Endorsement Guides require clear disclosure of any material connection, such as payment. For paid content about a stock, Section 17(b) of the Securities Act also requires disclosing the compensation and its amount.
Do recipients have to opt in?
Yes. We only text people who have opted in to receive messages, every message identifies the sender, and replying STOP ends further messages.
Is Level Up Media Group a broker-dealer or investment adviser?
No. Level Up Media Group LLC is a marketing company. It is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or research firm, and it does not give investment advice or sell securities.
