  2. Compliance check

  3. Send

Messages go out on schedule, inside quiet-hour windows.

  4. Report

Delivery, clicks, and opt-outs, by message.

Common questions

Is SMS marketing allowed for public companies?

Yes, when it's done with consent. Federal rules under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and carrier policies require clear opt-in consent for marketing texts, identification of the sender, and working opt-out handling, and some states add rules of their own. Paid messages about a stock must also disclose the compensation.

Do recipients have to opt in?

Yes. We only text people who have opted in to receive messages, every message identifies the sender, and replying STOP ends further messages.

How fast can a text campaign go out?

Once the message is approved and the sending number is registered with carriers, a send goes out in minutes. Registering a new number can take days or longer, so we set that up early.
