Common questions
Do influencers have to disclose they're paid?
Yes. The FTC's Endorsement Guides require clear disclosure of any material connection, such as payment. For paid content about a stock, Section 17(b) of the Securities Act also requires disclosing the compensation and its amount.
How do you choose creators?
We look at who actually follows them, how real their engagement is, what they've published before, and whether their audience fits your company. Follower count alone doesn't decide it.
Who approves creator content?
You do. Creators work from an approved brief, and you review key content before it goes live.
